  • Appointment Protocol

    In order for your service to begin on time, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This ensures enough time to complete client intake forms. In consideration of other clients, your service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals and the full price will be charged.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We request at least 24 hours notice if you cannot join us for your appointment. Otherwise, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card on file. We do not provide refunds for late canceled, late rescheduled, or no-show appointments. To cancel or reschedule, please call us at 215-203-0995 or manage your reservation from your confirmation email. Cancellations via social media will not be accepted. While we certainly take emergency situations into consideration, we ask for your respect of our policy.

  • Gratuity

    Gratuity is not included in the price of the service and is at the discretion of each guest. Gratuity can be added to your service total via credit card, cash, or Venmo.
